Blast could cast a shadow on the talks
We are all aware with the fact that the deadly blast in Pune killed 9 and 57 injured.

It is still not known who carried out the attack, the apprehension is that Pak based terrorist groups in coordination with the Indian modules are responsible for this. At recent meeting in Pakistan to express ‘solidarity’ with the people of Kashmir Lashkar-E-Tooiba leaders had openly called for attacking cities like Delhi, Pune, Kanpur and Indore.
The bomb blast thrown a cloud over the Indo-Pak talks. It jeopardizes the foreign Secretary level talks between India- Pak on Feb 25 but has also made New Delhi once again how much thorny is the path to peach with Islamabad. After 26/11 attacks India had refused to hold any dialogue with Pak. PM’s decision to walk the extra mile in relations with Pak is being questioned in political circles in the wake of the blast. The Government knows well that the talk with Pak will figure prominently during the budget session of Parliament on 22nd.
I’m not taking anyone’s side but according to me, BJP is absolutely right that “Terrorism and talk couldn’t go together”. Talks and negotiations are meaningless in present scenario and about the Pakistan Government; they don’t have a back bone of their own. They are regulated by ISI, terrorist groups and the Army. There is a number of talks happened before between these two countries. But don’t know how much fruitful were those talks.
But we also can’t deny the necessity of such talks t bring peace. India is always known for his foreign policies. So, this time too we can keep our fingers crossed.
